Cancellation Policy
• Late Policy: There is a 10 minute grace period; after 10 minutes we will have to reschedule.
• Please cancel 48hrs prior to your appointment. If less than 48hrs a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• 24hrs or less, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment. If a reschedule is needed; you can use the same deposit one time. If the reschedule no longer works for you - a new deposit will be required to book when the time is right for you.
• No-shows will be blocked from rescheduling in the future and a 100% service fee will apply.
